There were multiple problems during observation
For TGC 
1. GWB correlator was not starting.
2. DATASERVER was not working due to this GWB power equalization
was not happening. 
3. Then GSB power equalization was not happening. It was not running
through GUI. Later it worked from command line. 
4. Beam-3(gwbh9) data was getting recorded in beam-2(gwbh8).

20:43:41 : Started scan on J2144-5237 for ~ 14.4624 min.
